Does mark sell Gift Certificates?
No, not at this time.

Are prices on the website different from prices in the magalog? pricing always matches the current Magalog. However, since Representatives run their own businesses, they may choose to have special offers whenever they like.

Does mark test on animals?
No. In fact, Avon Products, Inc. was the first major cosmetic company in the world to take this important step. Our efforts were recognized in 1993 at the World Congress on Alternatives and Animal Use in the Life Sciences. Avon Products, Inc. was also presented with the 1993 Recognition Award from the Johns Hopkins Center for Alternatives to Animal Testing.

How do I make a purchase on
  • When you click on a product link, you'll be taken to a product detail page with a full product description, image and price. Some products will also display shades, sizes, ingredients, and product ratings and reviews.

  • On each product detail page, there is a purchase box next to the word "quantity." Simply enter the number of products that you'd like to order and click the "add to bag" button.

  • To view your shopping bag at any time, click “your bag” at the top right of any shopping page. The mini-cart will drop down with the most useful information. To see your complete product details, change quantities, or remove products, click the "view bag" link on the lower left.

  • When you're ready to buy, click "checkout" at the top right of the site and follow the steps through checkout.

Does mark offer gift wrapping for online purchases?
No, not at this time.

How do I pay for my purchases and what's the sales tax? accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). does not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.). Your credit card will only be charged once your purchase is shipped.

You can also checkout with PayPal. Click the PayPal link and sign in to your account or follow the directions to create a new one.

State and local sales taxes are based on the subtotal after shipping and handling in all states with the exception of ID, IL, MA, NJ and OK, where tax is based on the merchandise total only.

Is there a limit to the number of selections that I can order?
No, you can order as few or as many products as you like.

Are all of mark's products available all the time?
"In line" beauty items are permanent items that are available each Magalog selling period. Promotional (jewelry, watches, lingerie, bags, accessories, mints, etc.) and seasonal items (tanning products, holiday gift sets, etc.) are offered throughout the year and are typically available for 2-3 Magalogs.

What do I do if a product is unavailable?
If a product appears on the site but in not available, click the “notify me” button to be emailed when it becomes available for purchase. If you cannot find the product page for a product that appears in the magalog, try shopping the “online magalog” feature by clicking the link on the left.

I put something in my shopping bag and now it's gone. Why?
If you leave without checking out, your shopping bag will only retain your selections for two hours.

What do I do if I have problems with my order during checkout?
If you have any problems while submitting your order, or if you have billing questions, please click the "contact mark" link at the bottom of the page or call (866) 633-8627.

I understand mark has a comprehensive return policy. What are the details?
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee states, 'If you're not happy, we're not'. Just return the product and include your receipt along with the product to ensure a proper adjustment. It's that simple.

You should have received a Returns Form along with your order. It includes a mailing label that you can use to ship your unwanted product(s) back, as well as all of the instructions that you will need in order to receive a proper credit or replacement. To receive credit for products ordered, please follow the directions below:
  • Complete the return form that was included with your order
  • Return merchandise in the original container with the packing slip
  • Attach the pre-addressed shipping label

How much does shipping cost, and when can I expect my delivery?
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on where you live and which shipping option you choose.
  • Standard Ground Delivery costs $5.95 and takes 4-7 business days; Customers who shop a mark Representative’s store will receive $3.00 Standard Ground Delivery
  • 2 Day Expedited Delivery costs $15.90 and takes 2-3 business days
  • Next Day Expedited Delivery costs $20.90 and is received the next business day

Orders are processed on regular business days only. Orders submitted before 12 Noon (ET) will be processed the same business day. Orders submitted after 12 Noon (ET) will be processed the next business day.

Can I have my order shipped anywhere?
You can ship our order anywhere in the United States only. The shipping address may be different from the billing address, and PO boxes are acceptable.

Are there any products that require special shipping?
Yes. Certain products (for example: nail enamels, fragrances and aerosols) are considered hazardous material by the Department of Transportation. Orders that contain these types of products and are shipped via UPS will require a signature at the time of delivery. An additional $15.00 will be added to such orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

How do I register and log in on
To register for the first time, simply click "Log in" at the top left, below the mark logo, and click the link, "Register now." Once registered, you’ll be able to manage your profile and email preferences, access your order history, and speed through checkout without the need to re-enter your billing and shipping information every time.

I've forgotten my password. What do I do?
Hey, it happens to all of us. On the Log in page, take a guess and click the Log in button. If you’re wrong, click the link for "password hint" and follow the directions. If you still can’t recall your password, click the "new password" link to have a new one emailed to you.
