1. Click a main category such as "Makeup" and select a product category from the expanded list below it. By clicking "Lips" you will arrive at a page featuring all products for lips. To browse our lipstick products only, click "lipsticks."

2. Click on any product image or product name to view information about that product: description, shade, size, price, fragrance, product ratings and reviews, and more.

Select quantity:
Click the arrow on the pull down menu to select the quantity you want. You will need to place additional orders for product quantities greater than offered in the pull down menu. For some products, you can type in the quantity directly in the box.



Select version:
On products with multiple fragrances, shades or sizes, you will need to first select the version you want. Then select the quantity as described above.



Add products to your shopping bag:
To order, click on the "add to bag" icon below. Your shopping bag will appear at the top right of the page with the contents you added. You can click "close" to continue shopping, "view bag" to see a full page version of your shopping bag, or click "checkout" to complete your purchase.


At any time you can you can click on the "Shopping Bag" icon to view the items in your basket. This icon appears on all pages in the shopping area of the site. You will see all your items, prices and the merchandise total. This total does not include sales tax or shipping charges. You will also be able to change a quantity or remove items from your basket.

Click "Checkout" at the top right of each page throughout the shopping area.

Begin the checkout process by selecting the method to checkout:

1. If you registered with us before, you can enter your username and password to go directly to the "complete your purchase" page where you can review your information. This makes shopping fast and easy.

2. If this is your first time, you can select "register and checkout" where you will add your information to be saved in your personal account. The next time you shop with Avon, you can follow step 1 to speed through checkout with the information you saved.

International Orders

At this time, we are unable to ship orders outside of the 50 United States. You must have a shipping address within the United States.

Complete Your Purchase:
From this page, you may also change the shipping address, billing address or shipping method. You can also enter gift card information or enter a coupon code. Be sure to click ADD or SAVE wherever updates are made.

Your total, including any shipping and handling charges and estimated tax will be displayed.

Select your payment method
If you choose to pay with a credit card, select the card and enter all required information. If you select PayPal, click the button, "Check out with PayPal to complete your purchase" where you will be taken to the PayPal website to finish the transaction.

Click on the "Complete Purchase" button to submit your order.

Your credit card will be charged when the items are shipped. If a product is not available when your order is processed, we will remove the item(s) from your order and only charge you for the items that have actually shipped.
