The Hello Tomorrow Avon Beauty Tour Sweepstakes 2007

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

Sweepstakes begins April 26, 2007 and ends November 18, 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
1. TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, visit a Hello Tomorrow Avon Beauty Tour ("Beauty Tour")event at any of the participating locations, post a wish on the Wishing Wall (optional), and complete the official entry form available at each event. Event schedule will be posted online throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period at www.avon.com. Events are subject to change, and notification of such change will be posted online. Entries at each of the Beauty Tour events must be completed and deposited in the onsite entry box by the end of the final day at each event to be eligible for that event’s drawing. Copies or facsimiles of official entry form will not be accepted. Limit: One Wish and one Sweepstakes Entry per person, per event. Or you may enter by sending a postcard (with sufficient postage) with your complete name, address, email address (if available), phone number, age and name of Beauty Tour event you wish to enter to: Avon Beauty Tour Sweepstakes, PO Box 3256, Dept. E., St. Cloud, MN 56397-3256. Postcards must be postmarked with final date of chosen event and received within seven (7) days to be eligible. Limit of one mail-in postcard entry per person, per event. No other method of entry will be accepted.
2. SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the Fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees (and their immediate family and household members) of Avon Products Inc ("Sponsor"), The Borden Agency, and their respective partners, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is governed by all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void in Puerto Rico and wherever restricted or prohibited by law. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
3. RANDOM DRAWING(S): One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for each Beauty Tour event by the Official Judging Agency, whose decisions are final in all respects. Drawings will be conducted on or about 15 days after each event. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each event.
4. PRIZES: (1) One Grand Prize Winner per event will receive a check in the amount of $1000 from Avon Products, Inc. No transfer or cash substitution of prize is permitted (except by Sponsor due to prize availability). By the conclusion of the 2007 Beauty Tour, thirty (30) Grand Prize winners will have been randomly selected. Approximate Retail Value of all Grand Prizes is: $30,000.
ADDITIONAL PRIZE: at the end of the Beauty Tour, on or about December 31, 2007 the event that has collected the most wishes on their Wishing Wall will receive $20,000, awarded in the form of a check, for a local domestic violence agency. Selection of agency is at sole discretion of Sponsor. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted (except at discretion of Sponsor). Mail-in postcard entries will not count towards determining winner of $20,000 contribution. The winner will be solely determined by the number of Wishes collected onsite at each event. Total value of all available prizes: $50,000.
5. NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone within 15 (fifteen) days of the conclusion of each Beauty Tour event. It is each entrant’s sole responsibility to notify Sponsors if he/she changes his/her contact information.
6. WINNERS INSTRUCTIONS: Potential winners will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release and return it within 7 days of issuance. Failure to return all required documents properly completed and executed, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, and/or non-compliance with any portion of these Official Rules (including all eligibility requirements) may result in the selected winner being disqualified, the prize being forfeited, and an alternate winner being selected. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to the use by Sponsor and its designees of his/her name, photo and/or likeness in any advertising and/or promotion activities related to this Sweepstakes in any and all media now or hereafter known without further compensation, consideration, right of review or consent, except where prohibited by law. All local, state and federal taxes on prizes, and other expenses not explicitly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the individual winners.
7. GENERAL: By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Borden Agency, and their respective partners, parents, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, and/or liability for injuries and/or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the Sweepstakes, and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded, or any related travel or activities. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, undelivered, late, garbled, corrupted or stolen entries or entry boxes, or any technical, computer, printing, human or other error of any kind relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for phone, electrical, network, computer, transmission, server hardware or software program malfunctions, failures or difficulties, including, without limitation, delay in and/or inability to access the Web Site or any other web site associated with the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event any dispute arises regarding the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that such dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of New York and that it shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state. Sponsor reserves right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes at any time.
8. RULES REQUESTS OR WINNERS LIST: For names of winners, available after December 18, 2007, send a self addressed stamped envelope to: Avon Beauty Tour Winners, PO Box 3256, Dept.
