 OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR RECEIVE A PRIZE. 1.TO ENTER: To enter on-line, access Avon Products, Inc.'s homepage through the Internet at HTTP://WWW.AVON.COM. Complete the “SlimWell Sweepstakes” entry form by including your name, address, city, state, zip code, home telephone, e-mail address, gender and your age. On-line entries must be received by 11:59 PM, July 29, 2002.2. SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is only open to U.S. residents age 18 or older who have internet access prior to May 31, 2002. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules of this Sweepstakes. Employees and their immediate families of Avon Products, Inc., DDSI, America Online and the respective affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, Sales Representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families of each are not eligible to enter. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, and wherever taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. 3.RANDOM DRAWING: Limit one entry per person and one prize per household. On or about August 5, 2002, one (1) first prize winners and fifteen (15) second prize winners will be randomly selected from among all the completed entries received. 4.PRIZES: One (1) first prize winner will each receive a 10-weekly supply of SlimWell Meal Shakes, Snack Bars and Meal Bars, The New Me™ Program, a Herve Chapelier tote and a $100 on-line shopping spree at AVON.com. Winners must select their Avon Products online within thirty (30) days from notification. First prize winner will be given special instructions on how to order their shopping spree items. The approximate retail value of prize is $540.80
5.NOTIFICATION: All winners will be notified by electronic mail and/or telephone on or about August 9, 2002. 6.WINNERS INSTRUCTIONS: Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release and return it within 14 days of notification to receive a prize. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and/or award of prize to an alternate winner. By accepting prizes, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness in any promotion activities related to this sweepstakes without further compensation, except where prohibited. By accepting prizes, winner agrees to release sweepstakes sponsor and its agencies from any and all liability for injuries and/or damages of any kind sustained in connection with this Sweepstakes and/or use or misuse of any prize awarded. In the event of any dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. No substitution, transfer or cash substitution of prize is permitted (except by sponsor due to prize availability).
